    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups canned cherries
    • 1/4 cup sugar
    • 1/4 cup corn syrup
    • 1 stick cinnamon (2 inches)
    • 1 tblsp lemon juice
    • 2 tsp cornstarch
    • 1 tblsp cold water


    Instructions


    1. Drain cherries. Reserve liquid and simmer it with sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice.
    2. Remove cinnamon stick.
    3. Mix cornstarch and cold water, stir into hot liquid.
    4. Cook & stir til it boils then add cherries and chill.
