Cherry Cheesecake Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups canned cherries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 1 stick cinnamon (2 inches)
- 1 tblsp lemon juice
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 1 tblsp cold water
Instructions
- Drain cherries. Reserve liquid and simmer it with sugar, corn syrup, cinnamon and lemon juice.
- Remove cinnamon stick.
- Mix cornstarch and cold water, stir into hot liquid.
- Cook & stir til it boils then add cherries and chill.
