List of Ingredients
- 1 crumb crust or 9 inch baked pie shell, cooled
- 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
- 1 1/3 cups Sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand 15 oz
- 1/3 cup bottled or fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 can (1 lb, 6 oz) prepared cherry pie filling or cherry glaze
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
- Whip until fluffy.
- Gradually add milk and continue to beat until blended.
- Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well.
- Pour into crust and chill 2 - 3 hours.
- Garnish top of pie with cherry pie filling.
