    List of Ingredients


    • 1 crumb crust or 9 inch baked pie shell, cooled
    • 1 8 ounce pkg cream cheese
    • 1 1/3 cups Sweetened condensed milk, Eagle Brand 15 oz
    • 1/3 cup bottled or fresh lemon juice
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 1 can (1 lb, 6 oz) prepared cherry pie filling or cherry glaze


    Instructions


    1. Soften cream cheese to room temperature.
    2. Whip until fluffy.
    3. Gradually add milk and continue to beat until blended.
    4. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blend well.
    5. Pour into crust and chill 2 - 3 hours.
    6. Garnish top of pie with cherry pie filling.
