    Telephone Pioneer Chapter 50 Cookbook, 1975


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 1/2 cup peanut butter
    • 1 - 7 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
    • 2 cups miniature marshmallows.


    Instructions


    1. Melt the first 3 ingredients together in a double boiler
    2. Cool to lukewarm
    3. Add the 2 cups miniature marshmallows
    4. Press into lightly buttered 8 x 8 pan.
    5. Refrigerate until served.


    Final Comments


    Note: Using crunchy style peanut butter gives a delightful taste.
