    List of Ingredients


    • 4 Fresh fish fillets
    • 4 tbsp plus 6 tsp margarine
    • Salt & Pepper
    • 2 tbsp finely chopped green onions
    • 1/2 cup dry white wine
    • 2 tsp prepared mustard
    • 6 tbsp fresh bread crumbs
    • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
    • lemon wedges


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350F.
    2. Cut fish in three pieces.
    3. Butter a baking dish put in fish in layers with 4 tbsp butter.
    4. Sprinkle dish with salt and pepper and green onions.
    5. Arrange fish pieces for the next layer.
    6. Sprinkle with 1/2 the wine.
    7. Blend the remaining wine with mustard and brush on the fish.
    8. Sprinkle each piece with bread crumbs.
    9. Dot with margarine and bake 5 minutes.
    10. Serve with lemon wedges.
