    List of Ingredients


    • 6 pieces of shortribs cut in 3" pieces
    • 3 tblsp flour
    • 1 tsp salt
    • 2 tlbsp fat
    • 1/4 cup cider vinegar
    • 2 tblsp brown sugar
    • 2 tblsp worchestshire sauce
    • 1 cup water
    • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
    • 1/4 tsp pepper & paprika mixed
    • 1/2 cup celery, diced
    • 1 large onion, chopped


    Instructions


    1. Combine flour, salt, pepper and paprika together.
    2. Rub flour mixture on the meat.
    3. Heat the fat and sear the meat on all sides.
    4. Put into a roaster or casserole dish.
    5. Saute the onion in the same pan used for the meat.
    6. Add remaining ingredients to frypan and heat to boiling point.
    7. Pour over the ribs.
    8. Bake ribs unitl tender. 325F


    Final Comments


    Serve with oven browned potatoes and carrots.
