List of Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 1 /2 cups water
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp worchester sauce
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup ketchup
- 5 - 6 lbs spareribs
Instructions
- Brown spareribs in roasting pan, drain off unwanted fat.
- Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Pour half the sauce over the ribs and save the remaider for dipping.
- Place in 350F oven covered for 1 hour or until cooked. (you may want to cook for 2-3 hrs at 200F/250F.)
