Refrigerator Bran Muffin Mix

List of Ingredients
- 2 cups bran
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 5 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 quart buttermilk
- 5 cups flour
- 4 cups All Bran cereal
- 2 cups raisins
Instructions
- Combine bran with water and let soak while mixing other ingredients.
- Mix the remainder of the ingredients.
- Mix the soaked bran with other mixture.
- Let stand at room temperature several hours.
- Pour into plastic container, cover and refrigerate.
- Bake as required at 350F for 20 minutes.
