Carrots in Orange Sauce

List of Ingredients
- 8 sliced carrots
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons margarine or butter
- 1 1/4 cups boiling water
Instructions
- Cook the carrots until just slightly crisp and set aside.
- In a saucepan, put the salt, sugar and flour.
- Gradually add the boiling water and cook over medium heat until thick.
- Remove from the heat.
- Add the orange and lemon juices, margarine and carrots.
Final Comments
Can be reheated to serve later. Makes 8 10 servings.
