Can't remember who posted this but it is great. I made a couple of little additions. If you haven't tried it, it's worth it. Thanks again.
WW "Frosty"
1 c. skim milk
2 T. sf/ff inst. choc. pudding powder
1 t. vanilla
2 T. ff cool whip
dash salt
1/2 T. cocoa (unsweetened)
1 T. splenda
6-7 ice cubes broken up
Recipe
Blend really well in electric blender about 1 or 2 min. Pour into glass & enjoy.
