This is actually 4 recipes all using frozen chicken breasts. So, instead of separating them, I have them all just posted under the ingredient title.

Crockpot Chicken Recipes

Salsa Chicken
3 large, frozen chicken breasts
2-3 cups salsa
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Cover with salsa. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Serve over brown rice or whole wheat pasta or couscous.

Pepper Pot Chicken
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
1 pkg frozen pepper strips
8 oz can tomato sauce
1/8-1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Place peppers in crockpot. Top with chicken, tomato sauce and cayenne pepper. Cook on low 10-12 hours. Serve over brown rice. (Can add ½ cup ff sour cream to this and serve over whole-wheat pasta)

Italian Chicken
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
2 cups “Core” Italian tomato sauce or chunky Italian tomatoes
Pour sauce over chicken. Cook 10-12 hours. Serve over whole-wheat pasta.

Teriyaki Chicken
3-4 frozen chicken breasts
½ cup Teriyaki Sauce
6 oz can pineapple juice (not Core…)
½ bag frozen pepper strips
Combine all ingredients in crockpot and cook on low 10-12 hours. Serve with brown rice and stir-fry or steamed vegetables.
