4 small to medium apples
3/4 cup oatmeal
3/4 cup splenda
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup melted non-fat margarine Recipe
Instructions
peel, core and slice apples. Place in 8x8 baking pan sprinkle with water. In a bowl, mix together oatmeal, splenda, and cinnamon. Slowly add the melted margarine until the mixture forms clumps ( you may not need all the margarine). Spinkle over the top of the apple mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 375.
