    I think it's 8 servings at 4 pts each.

    Caramel Apple Salad

    1 can crushed pineapple
    1 pkg sugar free, fat free butterscotch pudding mix
    � c chopped peanuts
    4 c mini marshmallows
    6 small apples, peeled and chopped
    1 � 8 oz tub fat free cool whip

    Mix all ingredients together. Chill and serve
