Not sure whose original recipe this is, but I got if somewhere off the boards last week, tried it tonight, and it's absolutely delicious!!!! And sooo easy!! Even my husband loved it. Please try it! Only 4 pts.
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
1/4 cup honey
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
plain bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375. Line baking pan with foil, and spray with PAM. In a wide, shallow bowl combine honey and red wine vinegar. Whisk together until well-mixed. Dip chicken in honey/vinegar mix, then coat with bread crumbs. Recipe says bake 30-35 min.. but I used large breasts and had to bake mine 45-50 min. (I turned the meat over after about 35 minutes so the bread crumbs wouldn't burn.) It was REALLY DELICIOUS!!
