Sausage Wellington

List of Ingredients
- 1 pound ground sausage (I used Jimmy Dean Regular)
- 8 oz package cream cheese
- 8 oz package refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 tbls poppy seeds
- 1 egg white, slightly beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Brown sausage and drain well.
- Mix sausage and cream cheese, blend until mixture is creamy.
- Unroll crescent rolls into 1 long rectangle.
- Pinch together all perforated openings with damp fingers.
- Spread mixture lengthwise down the center of pastry.
- Fold over sides and make into log.
- Brush top with egg white. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.
- Bake 20-30 minutes or until crust is golden.
- Serve warm.
