Chicken and Dressing Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 1 - 3 lb broiler fryer
- 2 & 2/3 cup of the chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 8oz pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup melted oleo
Instructions
- Cook chicken until tender, debone and cut in bite size pieces
- Combine soups and 2 & 2/3 cup of the chicken broth. Set aside
- Reserve 1/4 cup of stuffing mix for garnish.
- Combine remaining stuffing mix with the oleo
- Put half of the stuffing mix on bottom of 9x13 pan
- Top with half of the chicken
- Pour half the soup mixture over the chicken
- Repeat layers. Sprinkle reserved stuffing mix on top
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Remove and let sit for 15 minutes
- Uncover and bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes
