    Chicken and Dressing Casserole

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 3 lb broiler fryer
    • 2 & 2/3 cup of the chicken broth
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
    • 1 8oz pkg herb seasoned stuffing mix
    • 1/2 cup melted oleo


    Instructions


    1. Cook chicken until tender, debone and cut in bite size pieces

    2. Combine soups and 2 & 2/3 cup of the chicken broth. Set aside

    3. Reserve 1/4 cup of stuffing mix for garnish.

    4. Combine remaining stuffing mix with the oleo

    5. Put half of the stuffing mix on bottom of 9x13 pan

    6. Top with half of the chicken

    7. Pour half the soup mixture over the chicken

    8. Repeat layers. Sprinkle reserved stuffing mix on top

    9. Cover and refrigerate overnight

    10. Remove and let sit for 15 minutes

    11. Uncover and bake at 350 for 30 - 35 minutes
