    Cream Puffs

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup boiling water
    • 1/2 cup oleo (stick)
    • 1 cup flour
    • 1/4 tsp salt
    • 4 eggs
    • 1 pkg vanilla pudding mix - Jello
    • 1/2 box powdered sugar
    • 4 - 5 tbls cocoa
    • 2 tbls oleo melted in 1/4 cup coffee


    Instructions


    1. Melt oleo in boiling water, add flour all at once

    2. Stir with wooden spoon until mixture forms a ball

    3. Cool to warm, beat in eggs one at a time until stiff

    4. Drop onto ungreased cookie sheet.

    5. Bake 15 min at 450 then 350 for 30 minutes

    6. Cool, cut off top of each puff fill, replace top

    7. Mix vanilla pudding according to directions on box. Fill each puff.

    8. Mix powdered sugar, cocoa, and butter/coffee.

    9. Add enough coffee to make the texture right for spreading on top
