Tilapia with Avocado Sauce

List of Ingredients
- Juice from 2 limes, divided
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano leave
- 2 tsp olive oil
- 4 (4 -6 oz) talapia fillets
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1 tbls finely chopped onion
- 4 - 6 large lettuce leaves
- 1 large ripe tomato, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Combine 1 tbls lime juice, thyme, oregano and oil.
- Brush mixture over each side of fish.
- Preheat grill or coals.
- Lightly oil grill rack and grill fish 2 - 4 minutes per side.
- Place avocado, onion, 2 tbls water, and 2 tbls juice into blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Arrange lettuce leaves on plate, top with sliced tomatoes.
- Place fish on top and dollop with avocado sauce.
- Drizzle juice over and serve.
