    Creamy Pork Tenderloin

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 -2 lb pork tenderloin
    • 1 egg
    • 1 tbls water
    • 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
    • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
    • Dash of garlic powder
    • 1 cup (or More) Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    • 3 tbls olive oil
    • 8 oz fresh mushrooms - sliced
    • 2 tbls butter
    • 1 can cream of chicken soup
    • 1 cup sour cream
    • 1/4 cup chicken broth


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 325

    2. Cut tenderloin into slices about 3/4 inch thick

    3. In dish combine egg, water, rosemary, pepper and garlic powder

    4. Dip pork into egg mixture then coat in bread crumbs

    5. In large skillet heat oil over medium

    6. Brown pork for 5 minutes on each side

    7. Remove to a 13x9x2 baking dish

    8. In same skillet saute mushrooms in butter until tender

    9. Stir in soup, sour cream, and broth. Pour over pork

    10. Roast covered 1 hour or until internal temp is 165
