Creamy Pork Tenderloin

List of Ingredients
- 1 -2 lb pork tenderloin
- 1 egg
- 1 tbls water
- 1/2 tsp dried rosemary, crushed
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- Dash of garlic powder
- 1 cup (or More) Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 3 tbls olive oil
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms - sliced
- 2 tbls butter
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325
- Cut tenderloin into slices about 3/4 inch thick
- In dish combine egg, water, rosemary, pepper and garlic powder
- Dip pork into egg mixture then coat in bread crumbs
- In large skillet heat oil over medium
- Brown pork for 5 minutes on each side
- Remove to a 13x9x2 baking dish
- In same skillet saute mushrooms in butter until tender
- Stir in soup, sour cream, and broth. Pour over pork
- Roast covered 1 hour or until internal temp is 165
