    Pork Tenderloin Marinade

    List of Ingredients


    • 2 lbs pork tenderloin - cut linear lines in meat
    • 3/4 cup soy sauce
    • 1 1/2 cups canola oil
    • 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
    • 1 tbls mustard
    • 2 tsp salt
    • 1 tbls pepper
    • 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
    • 2 tbls fresh parsley
    • 2 cloves minced garlic
    • 1/2 cup lemon or lime juice


    Instructions


    1. mix ingredients together and pour over tenderloin
    2. Marinate 8 - 10 hours or overnight
    3. Cook on grill 15 - 20 minutes
