Chicken Cordon Bleu

List of Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 4 slices if Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of smoked ham (good quality)
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Instructions
- Pound chicken breast to 1/4 inch thickness. Sprinkle each piece with salt and pepper.
- Place 1 cheese slice and 1 ham slice on each breast. Roll up each breast using toothpicks to secure.
- Dredge each in flour, shake off excess, then in egg and finally in bread crumbs.
- Place seam side down in baking dish that has been sprayed with Pam
- In a medium bowl combine the soup, sour cream, wine, garlic powder, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well and pour mixture over chicken/ham/cheese roll-ups.
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 35 - 40 minutes until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Or until internal temperture reaches 150 degrees.
