    Festive Pineapple-Cranberry Salad

    Makes 14 servings, but can be cut in half


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 can 20 oz Dole crushed pineapple, undrained
    • 2 pkg ( 4 serving size) JELL-O raspberry flavor
    • 1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce
    • 1 Dole Apple, chopped
    • 2/3 cup chopped Planters Walnuts


    Instructions


    1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice
    2. Add enough water to juice to measure 3 cups
    3. Pour into saucepan and bring to boil; remove from heat
    4. Add dry gelatin mixes; stir 2 minutes.
    5. Sir in cranberry sauce. Pour into large bowl
    6. Refrigerate 1 & 1/2 hour or until slightly thick
    7. Stir in pineapple, apples and walnuts.
    8. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm
