Layered Salad

List of Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 small head red tip lettuce, chopped
- 2 hard boiled eggs, sliced
- 1 10oz pkg frozen green peas, thawed
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 8 oz fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 8oz sour cream
- 1 cup mayonaise
- 1 (1.18oz) pkg creamy Italian salad dressing mix
Instructions
- Put lettuce in bowl, then add spinach
- top with eggs, green onions, mushrooms, bacon and peas
- Mix sour cream, mayo and dry Italian dressing together
- Spread over top
- Cover and refrigerate overnight
- Toss before serving
