    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 cup (3 medium) mashed ripe banana
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 cups Bisqick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350°. Spray an 9-by-5-inch loaf pan with butter-flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine sour cream, Splenda, mashed banada, egg, and vanilla. Add baking mix and walnuts. Mix well to combine. Spread batter into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Place pan on a wire rack and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Remove from pan and continue cooking on wire rack. Cut into 8 thick or 16 thin slices.

    Each serving Equals:
    148 calories, 4gm Fat.
    Diabetic: 1 Starch, 1/2 Fruit, 1/2 Fat
