    This is very dense and moist. For portion control you might try making these as muffins.

    List of Ingredients





    1 box Angel Food (one step) Cake Mix - Dry
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 small box sf butterscotch pudding mix
    1 cup shredded carrots
    1 15 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 15 oz. can pure pumpkin
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup walnuts

    Recipe



    Mix first 6 ingredients together. Fold in last two ingredients. Pour
    into a sprayed 10" fluted or 12 cup bundt cake pan. Bake in 350
    degree preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out
    clean.


    Frosting: blend a 50 / 50 mixture of lite cool whip
    and fat free cream cheese.
