    1 lb frozen hash browns, thawed
    1 tbsp prepared mustard
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    14 ozs low-fat hot dogs, sliced
    4 slices Velveeta Light Loaf, cubed

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 2-quart casserole dish with cooking spray; set aside. In a large skillet, cook hash browns according to package directions; adding mustard and black pepper. Cook until hash browns are browned. Stir in sliced hot dogs. Heat through. Spread mixture into
    prepared dish. Top with cubed cheese. Bake until heated
    through, or until cheese has melted.
