    1/2 cup finely chopped onion
    1-1/2 cups (8 ozs) diced cooked chicken breast
    1 (12 oz) jar Heinz Fat Free Chicken Gravy
    1 cup (8 oz) peas, undrained
    2/3 cup (2 oz) uncooked instant rice
    1 tsp dried parsley flakes

    Recipe




    In a large skillet sprayed with butter-flavored cooking spray, saute onion 5
    minutes. Stir in chicken gravy and undrained peas. Bring mixture to a boil.
    Add uncooked rice and parsley flakes. Mix well to combine. Remove from heat,
    cover and let set 5 minutes. Mix well again just before serving.

    Serves 4 (1 cup each).

    Hints: 1. If you don't have leftovers, purchase a chunk of cooked chicken
    breast from your local deli. 2. 2/3 cup uncooked rice usually cooks to about 1
