8 OZ. ground turkey or beef (90%)
1/2 cup diced onion
1 1/4 cups diced carrots
10 oz. diced raw potatoes(2 cups)
1 3/4 cups stewed tomatoes, with juice
1 cup tomato sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes
1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
3 cups coarsely shredded cabbageRecipe
In large skillet sprayed with butter flavored cooking spray, brown meat and onion. Add carrots, potatoes, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, pepper, parsley and Worecestershire sauce. Bring mixture to a boil. Lower heat, cover and simmer until vegatables are crisp-tender, about 15 minutes. Stir in cabbage. Cover and continue cooking over low heat 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until cabbage is tender.
