    3/4 C - Bisquick Reduced Fat Baking Mix
    3 eggs or equivalent in egg substitute
    1 (12-fluid-ounce)can Carnation Evaporated Fat Free Milk
    1/2 tsp - JO's Lemon Herb Pepper or any lemon pepper
    1/2 C - chopped onion
    1 C - (5 ounces) diced cooked chicken breast
    3/4 C - (3 ounces) shredded Kraft reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
    l (10-ounce)pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained

    Recipe




    Preheat oven to 350o. Spray an 8 by 8-inch baking dish with butter-
    flavored cooking spray. In a large bowl,combine baking mix,eggs and
    evaporated milk. Stir in JO's Lemon Herb Pepper,onion,chicken, and
    Cheddar cheese. Add spinach. Mix gently just to combine. Spread
    mixture evenly into prepared baking dish. Bake for 40 to 45 min.
    Place baking dish on a wire rack and let set for 5 min. Divide into 6
    servings.
