    6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    6 ounces whole-berry cranberry sauce
    1 large tart apple peeled and chopped
    1/2 cup raisins
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts
    1 teaspoon curry powder

    Recipe




    Place chicken in a 13" x 9' x 2" baking dish coated with nonstick cooking
    spray. Bake, uncovered, at 350o F. for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, combine the
    remaining ingredients. Spoon over chicken. Bake, uncovered, 20 - 25
    minutes
    longer or until the juices run clear.
