    Creamy Tuna Twist Salad

    3/4 cup fat free mayo
    1 TBL cider vinegar (I use Balsamic white)
    1 1/2 tsp dill weed
    2 1/2 cups cold cooked rotini (I use any pasta)
    1/2 cups frozen peas, thawed
    1 1/2 cups finely chopped celery
    2 (6 oz) cans tuna, packed in water, drained and flaked

    Recipe




    In bowl mix mayo, vinegar and dill weed. Add pasta, peas, celery and onion. Mix well to comine. Stir in tuna. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 min. Stir gently before serving.

    Serves 6

    HE: 1 bread, 1 Protein, 2/3 veg, 1/4 slider
