Grape Jelly & Mustard Sausages

Recipe Introduction
Very easy...the longer they simmer, the better they are. This jelly/mustard sauce is also good simmered on your favorite meatballs.
List of Ingredients
2 lbs. polish or smoked sausage, sliced
1 cup or so of grape jelly
1/2 cup of yellow mustardRecipe
Mix all in crock pot and simmer several hours. I serve them with Ritz crackers.
