1 CAN PINK SALMON
1 8 OZ PKG OF CREAM CHEESE
1/4 CUP OF CHOPPED ONIONS
1/2 CUP SHREDDED SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
1 TABLESPOON LIQUID SMOKE
1/2 CUP DRYED PARSLEY
1/2 CUP CHOPPED PECANS

DRAIN PINK SALMON JUICE FROM CAN EXCEPT 2 TBLSPOON
SOFTEN CREAM CHEESE ON HIGH COMBINE CREAM CHEESE, PINK
SALMON, CHEDDAR CHEESE, CHOPPED ONIONS, AND LIQUID
SMOKE IN A BOWL MIX THROUGHLY. COOL IN FRIDGE TIL
STIFF APPR. 1 HR. COMBINE PARSLEY AND PECANS INTO
MIXTURE ON PLATE. ROLL STIFFENED SALMON BALL OVER
PARSLEY AND PECAN MIXTURE UNTIL COVERED. SERVE WITH
CRACKERS
