2 -11 oz cans mexicorn , drained
1 c mayo
1 c sour cream
3 green onions, chopped
1 4.5 oz green chilies, diced
1/3 c chopped jalapenos (i used jarred)
8 oz bag of mexi blend cheese
Chips for dipping

Combine all and let set in frig for at least 12 hours. 24 hours is best.
