    This is delish with corn chips! Lexis said:

    I used regular corn instead of Mexicorn like it called for but here it is.

    List of Ingredients




    2 Cans of Mexicorn
    1 Can Rotel (Mild or hot)
    2 cups shredded cheddar
    � cup diced onion
    1 cup of mayo
    1 cup or sour cream


    Recipe



    Mix all together and chill for an hour a so!
