Frozen Chocolate Creamed Espresso

List of Ingredients
4 shots espresso (or 3/4 c. very strong coffee...I use instant coffee and double the amount of coffee directed to use on the jar)
2 c. ice cubes
1 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/2 c. double chocolate chips (we rather use use about 1/4 c. of chocolate syrup, as we found that the chips were kind of clumpy and couldn't be sucked through a straw)
1 c. cool whip or spray whip cream
1/4 c. chocolate syrup (to drizzle on the top)Recipe
Combine all except whip topping and chocolate syrup for drizzle in blender. Pulse until smooth. Divide into 2 large glasses. Top with whip topping and drizzle with chocolate syrup.
