    "these are a slightly sweet dinner roll; they will be shapped like a
    muffin
    or cupcake"

    These were really easy and very tasty!

    List of Ingredients




    Mammy Rolls
    Ingredients:
    3-1/2 cups all purpose flour
    1-1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup sugar
    1-1/2 cup warm water
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1/4 pound (4 ounces, 1 stick) butter, melted

    Recipe



    Directions:
    Dissolve yeast in warm water, set aside for 15 minutes. Put all dry
    ingrediants in large nonmetal bowl. Stir gently until mixed. Add
    water/yeast
    mixture and butter. Stir gently, several times, until mixed. Put in
    greased
    bowl, and turn one time. Let rise until doubled in size (about 20-25
    minutes). Spray muffin tins with nonstick spray or grease with butter
    and
    flour. Spoon dough into muffin tins (about 1/3 full), brush with melted
    butter, let rise until doubled again (about 20 minutes). Bake at 425*F
    for
    11 minutes. YIELD: about 24 rolls
