    Delicious with butter

    1 c ap flour
    Pinch salt
    4 eggs
    1 c milk
    Oil (i used olive)

    Recipe



    Whisk all except oil together. Sit in frig while you continue.
    Put 1 tap oil in each muffin cup (12 muffin cups). Preheat oven to 425*.
    Put muffin pans in oven and heat until oil is hoy/almost dmoking. Remove from oven.
    Pour batter evenly into muffin cups. Put in preheated oven. Do not open oven for 22 min.
