Easy and my son loves it. I made gifts by putting the dry ingredients in a ziplock and a can of beer in a gift bag at Christmas with the directions.


List of Ingredients




1 12 oz can of beer
3 c self rising flour
1/2 c sugar
3 tb butter

Recipe



Preheat oven to 375*
Grease loaf pan
Mix all but butter thoroughly
Put in loaf pan
Bake 40 min
Pour melted butter over bread and bake about 4 min
When done let cool 5 min and remove from pan to wire rack to cool
