Beer & Brown Sugar Pancakes

List of Ingredients
1 cup All-purpose Flour
1/3 cups Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 whole Egg
1 Egg Yolk
1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 Tablespoons Canola Oil
1 cup Amber Ale Beer
Recipe
Whisk dry ingredients together. Whisk wet together (I made a double recipe, so I used 3 whole eggs). Whick dry and wet.
Heat a skillet or griddle until hot. Spray with butter flavored cooking spray or brush with melted butter. Pour about 1/4 cup of the batter onto the hot griddle. Once bubbles appear in the middle of the pancakes and the edges start to look dry, flip the pancakes and cook on the other side until cooked through, about 5 minutes total (2 1/2 minutes per side).
