    Yum! Don't let the amount of onions scare you!

    List of Ingredients




    3 c. chopped onions
    3 tb. butter or margarine
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp pepper
    2 can (12 oz each) Big Country Biscuits (I used the store brand large biscuits)
    6 slices bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled
    2/3 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. sour cream
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. shredded cheddar or monterey jack cheese

    Saute onions in butter until tender but not browned. Stir in salt and pepper. Separate dough into 20 biscuits; place in ungreased 13x9 cake pan (I sprayed mine with cooking spray). Press dough over bottom of pan and 1/2 inch up sides to form crust. Spoon onions over crust. Sprinkle with bacon. In med bowl, combine cream, sour cream and eggs; stir in cheese. Spoon evenly over onions and bacon. Bake at 375* for 25-30 min or until crust is deep golden brown. Refrigerate leftovers. Yield 12 servings
