    German Pancake

    Source of Recipe

Someone on the internets "great grandma"!

    Recipe Introduction

The person that posted this recipe said "These pancakes are absolutely fabulous with molasses, syrup or any topping you wish to use." And, that person was correct! We topped with pancake syrup and served with "The Lady's Perfect Scrambled Eggs".

    List of Ingredients

    3 Tablespoons Margerine
    2 Eggs
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1/2 Cup Flour

    Recipe

Place the margarine in a 9" x 9" pan and place pan in a hot oven until melted. Meanwhile, beat the 2 eggs, milk and flour together. When margarine has completely melted, pour the mixture over the melted margarine. DO NOT MIX! Bake at 425 degrees 15 to 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Serve hot with your favorite topping.
