TATOR TOT BREAKFAST CASSEROLE:

List of Ingredients
Brown crumble and drain 1 lb. pork breakfast sausage
Spray a 13x9 pan and sprinkle sausage over.
Sprnkle 2 - 4 cups of shredded cheese over sausage (we used close to 4)
Mix 4 eggs, 2 cups of milk and a bit of salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Top with a 2 lb. bag of tator tots
Bake at 350* for 45 min uncovered
Cool 15 min. before serving.Recipe
