    1 cup semi-sweet Chocolate chips
    ½ cup (one stick) butter
    Pinch of salt
    1 cup of sugar
    1Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
    3 eggs
    2/3 cup Pet Evaporated Milk
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    Whipped cream and chocolate shavings

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large microwave safe bowl, melt chocolate chips, and butter at 50% power for 2-minutes or until butter is melted, stir until smooth. Whisk in salt, sugar, cocoa powder, eggs, milk, and vanilla. Wisk until well blended. Pour into crust and bake for 30-minutes (until filling has puffed but center still wiggles. Cool completely and refrigerate until ready to serve.
