    Paula Deen's Coconut Cake

    Very rich and very moist. Better to make a day ahead.

    List of Ingredients




    1 yellow cake mix, prepare and bake as directed
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 12-15 oz. can creme de coconut
    1 8oz tub of cool whip
    2-3 c. coconut

    Recipe



    Prepare and bake cake as directed. While baking, mix cr de coconut and EB milk together. After taking cake out of oven, while warm, poke holes with fork all over top of cake. Drizzle milk mixture all over cake. Let cake completely cool and soak up the mixture. Frost w/ cool whip and then sprinkle heavily with coconut. Cover and refrigerate until serving.
