2 packages (8oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
½ C. Sugar
½ teaspoon Vanilla
2 eggs
½ C. Canned Pumpkin
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
Dash each ground cloves and nutmeg
1 ready to use graham cracker crumb crust
Recipe
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs, mix again until well blended. Remove 1 cup batter, pour the rest into pie shell.
Add ½ Cup Pumpkin and spices to the 1 Cup of batter that was removed. Mix well and pour on top.
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes. Cool, refrigerate for at least three hours – or overnight.
