Pineapple Nut Cookies

Nice soft cookie.
List of Ingredients
1 cup shortening
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 cups flour
1 - 20 oz. can crushed pineapple, strained.
Recipe
Cream shortening, sugars, eggs and vanilla. Add pineapple and nuts.
Sift dry ingredients together and blend with creamed mixture. Drop on
greased baking sheet and bake in 375 degree oven for approx. 10 min.
