List of Ingredients

3/4 c softened unsalted butter. (If you use salted butter, omit salt)
1 c sugar
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp bk soda
2 tsp cream of tartare
2 c ap flour

1/4 c sugar
2 tsp cinnamon


Recipe

Cream wet till fluffy.
Mix in dry.
preheat oven to 350.
Prepare cookie sheet. I use parchment paper.
Mix cinnamon and sugar in bowl.
Drop 2 tbs sized balls in cinnamon sugar and roll to coat.
Place 2” apart on sheet. Bake about 12 min till top is crackled. Err on side of less done. Cool on baking rack.
