    I made this last night and everyone liked it. It has a very good butterscotch flavor. I served it with bananas, apples, pears and oranges. But, it needs to be served slightly warmed, as once it gets cold it sort of "set up".

    List of Ingredients





    2 (14-ounce) cans sweetened condensed milk
    2 (12-ounce) bags butterscotch morsels
    2 tablespoons unsalted butter
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
    1 tablespoon vanilla flavoring

    Recipe



    Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat. Once melted, transfer to a bowl and serve with fresh fruit.
    Yield: 5 cups
