The grandgirls love this recipe that my momma makes for them.
List of Ingredients
Crust: 1 1/4 c. chocolate cookie crumbs (20 cookies)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
(Can used purchased chocolate crust instead)
Filling: 1 - 8 oz cream cheese
1 c. creamy peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tb. butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. heavy cream, whipped (or a large tub of cool whip)Recipe
To make homemade crust, combine ingredients and press into a 9" pie plate. Bake at 350* for 10 min. Cool.
Filling: Beat chream cheese, peanut butter, sugar and butter and vanilla until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Gently spoon into crust. Garnish top if desired. Refrigerate until serving time.
8-10 servings.
