    1 – 16 oz loaf French Bread

    • Cut into cubes about 1” – Either use stale bread or put into a bag and freeze overnight to dry it out.
    1 – Can Condensed Milk
    2 Cups Evaporated Milk
    1 Cup Whole Milk

    In a large bowl, put the cubed bread… pour the milks over it and stir to coat all the bread and then let it sit for about 15 minutes to soak in the milk.

    Add: 1 Cup of Sugar
    ½ Cup Brown Sugar
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    1 Cup of yellow raisins (optional)

    Mix well…

    Add 3 beaten Eggs…

    Mix well…

    Spray 9 x 13 pan and add ½ stick of melted butter into the bottom of the pan. Cook at 350 for 25 – 30 minutes… or until “set” in the middle.

    Rum Sauce:

    2 Cups of Sugar
    2 Sticks of Butter
    1 Cup Evaporated Milk
    Rum

    Melt Butter and add Sugar. Cook until sugar melts – 2 or 3 minutes. Add milk and rum to taste (1 – 2 Tblspoons). Bring to boil, reduce heat and cook 5 minutes. Serve warm over pudding.
